M. Div. from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. 1993
Certificate in Interpreting, Catonsville Community College, 1998

Currently a free-lance Sign Language Interpreter, certified by the
National Association of the Deaf as a Level 3 Interpreter. Worked in
educational, medical, and performing arts settings. Included in performing
arts settings are two appearances with professional theatre productions at
Center Stage in Baltimore, MD. These two productions were "Les Blancs" and
"How I Learned to Drive."

Currently active in both competition and refereeing in Karate.

 

Current karate record includes:

1991 and 1992, Competed at AAU National Karate Championships in Cincinatti, OH for both kata and kumite.
1995 Competed in USA Karate Federation Atlantic League Championships in Chicago, IL. for both kata (WKF Mandatory Division) and kumite (75 Kilo).
Certified as State Judge.
Qualified for USA Karate Federation National Championships in Akron, OH in both kata (WKF Mandatory Division) and kumite (75 Kilo). Competed in kata.
Certified as State Referee.
1997 Competed in USA Karate Federation National Championships in Akron, OH.
Placed 7th in WKF Mandatory Kata. Certified as League Judge
1998 Competed in USA Karate Federation National Championships in Canton, OH.
Placed 5th in WKF Mandatory Kata.

Currently also certified as USA National Karate-do Federation Regional Referee.
